CCS was founded as a consulting-oriented value added reseller (VAR). We fill the market need for software support, emphasizing service and support to differentiate ourselves from price-oriented competitors. We are located in beautiful Elkview, West Virginia, a suburban area, in the heart of the rolling hills and meadows of West Virginia.

We offer a real alliance that includes such intangibles as confidence, reliability, intellectual property improvements and our client knows that somebody will be there to answer questions and help you at the important times.

1. With Computer dealers their service and support is not usually very good and their prices are usually higher than the larger stores.

2. Chain stores and computer superstores: have aggressive pricing, and little support.

3. Mail order: offer aggressive pricing of boxed products. For the purely price-driven buyer, who buys boxes and expects no service, these are very good options.

4. Internet programmers offering wholesale inexpensive services are inherently risky without added support and quality controls that are indispensable in very competitive times.

None of these direct competitors provides the customization and individual service that small businesses such as you truly need.
